Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative, brand-savvy AI Production Artist to transform eCommerce product imagery into fully styled, visually compelling assets using generative AI.

In this role, working onsite in our Tribeca Studios, you’ll bring an artistic eye, a deep understanding of visual identity, and hands-on experience using AI to produce content that’s both beautiful and strategic. You’ll be responsible for interpreting creative briefs, pitching visual approaches to clients, and crafting AI-generated images that align with brand DNA and eCommerce production goals.

This is a creative production role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of art, tech, and content.

• Use AI platforms to style and generate high-quality and high volume ecommerce and marketing imagery and videos
• Work with creative directors and strategists to understand and visually interpret client briefs.
• Pitch creative concepts and visual approaches to clients using AI-generated mockups and proposals.
• Translate brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and product-specific requirements into AI-driven visual executions.
• Collaborate closely with account management and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Ensure visual consistency, styling accuracy, and attention to detail across all generated content.
• Manage multiple projects and client deliverables, maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Stay informed on evolving AI tools, trends in eCommerce content, styling aesthetics, and digital retail environments.
• Provide creative input on workflow optimization and content production pipelines involving AI.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in visual content creation, digital design, photography styling, or similar creative roles (high volume fashion eCommerce and fashion industry experience is a strong plus).
• Hands-on experience with general AI image-generation tools (e.g.,Caimera AI, Midjourney, Gemini or similar).
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and a passion for visual storytelling and styling.
• Ability to understand and communicate brand tone, values, and visual DNA.
• Excellent communication skills and responding to creative briefs.
• Solid understanding of eCommerce production workflows, file specs, and digital asset delivery.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple fast-moving projects and clients at once.

• Background in photography, art direction, ecommerce production or digital design
• Experience working in a creative agency setting
• Familiarity with project management and workflow tools (Asana, Globaledit, Trello, Monday, etc.)
• Retouching and image editing (Photoshop and similar)
  
  

Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience, and skills relative to the defined job requirements.

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work in-office and remotely. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required during major projects.
