Job Description

All Lift Service Company is a full-service material handling dealership covering Northeast Ohio with sales, service, parts, and rentals of industrial equipment. We also handle the sales and service of warehouse products from racking, shelving to dock and door. We are expanding our door and dock service division and looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team. If you have experience working with commercial overhead doors, dock doors, and dock levelers, and take pride in doing high-quality work, you could be a great fit. In this role, you will help maximize customer satisfaction by performing repairs, maintenance, and installations of dock doors, levelers, and related equipment. Your commitment to excellence, safety, and efficiency will directly contribute to the reputation, growth, and profitability of All Lift Service Co., Inc. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer equipment needs and perform service, maintenance, and installation tasks
• Efficiently complete scheduled maintenance following company procedures and policies
• Accurately complete and submit time cards daily
• Follow all safety procedures for both All Lift and the customer when on-site
• Properly use PPE and dispose of waste according to company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and orderly job site
• Adhere to all current company policies

Requirements:

• Prior dock and door experience required
• Knowledge of loading dock equipment and commercial roll-up doors (or willingness to learn all facets of the trade)
• Strong mechanical skills; knowledge of hydraulics, electrical, and welding preferred
• Ability to perform strenuous, heavy work—lifting at least 100 lbs and frequently handling loads up to 50 lbs
• Full range of motion for climbing, reaching, pushing, and lifting
• Clean driving record
• Availability for 40+ hours per week
