1. Lead the team in expanding overseas markets and achieving sales goals.
2. Develop sales plans and strategies for the department based on client needs and market conditions.
3. Maintain records of International client contact information and accurately assess their requirements.
4. Oversee daily team operations, including training, performance evaluation, and member management.
5. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, continuously gathering insights to provide valuable recommendations to the company.
6. Regularly follow up with new international clients regarding samples and promptly address their requests.
7. Report challenges encountered during the sales process and propose improvement suggestions.
