Irvey's Ice Cream Co. in Knoxville, TN is looking for one food truck operator to join our team. We are located at 2201 Kerns Rising Way. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

• Independently operate the food truck.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary environment inside the food truck.
• Serve customers efficiently.
• Spread happiness through ice cream.

• Clean driving record.
• Able to operate a 15' box truck.
• High integrity.
• Friendly.

Job Description

• Pass background check 
• Pass drug test
• Can handle stressful situations (parking, line, etc.)
• Early to on-time arrivals
• Time management (gauging business, cleaning up in advance, returning on-time)
• 0 no call no shows
• 100% on-time arrival standard
• Clean driving record
• Days, nights, and weekends
• Independent work
• Friendly
• Great customer service
• Occasionally, long hours
• Hot conditions
• Starting pay is $15 per hour plus tips
• 30-40 hours per week, with less hours Feb. - Mar. 
• Cash business, we will prosecute for theft
