About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Logistics Specialist to lead our domestic and international logistics operations within the aviation and aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll oversee shipping, compliance, packaging, and inventory control while driving efficiency and accuracy across global operations. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and manage domestic and international shipments with full door-to-door tracking.
• Ensure compliance with export laws, FAA/Part 145, HazMat regulations, and customer requirements.
• Oversee Mil-Spec and government-compliant packaging and documentation.
• Audit shipments, resolve discrepancies, and manage freight claims.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
• Lead warehouse operations, including inventory control and hazardous materials compliance.
• Train and develop logistics, shipping, and warehouse staff.
• Improve workflows, systems, and cost-efficiency initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of progressive logistics experience.
• At least 2 years of aviation experience; Part 145 strongly preferred.
• Experience with Mil-Spec and government packaging standards.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, ERP systems, and freight auditing.
• HazMat shipping experience with valid certification.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
