What We Need You to Do
Graphic Design & Production
Develop professional-level graphic design for print and digital marketing materials, including packaging, sales collateral, and tradeshow assets.
Prepare print-ready mechanicals and manage relationships with printers and suppliers.
Organize and maintain photo and art libraries for marketing use.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Collaborate on marketing plans and help implement product launches, social media campaigns, out-reach programs and tradeshow promotions.
Update and improve website content and design in partnership with external vendors.
Help write and edit copy for packaging, emails, and outreach materials.
Outreach & Research
Use CRM tools to support email campaigns and tradeshow outreach; handle light data entry and list management.
Conduct research to identify potential B2B leads and support targeted outreach initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Assist with photoshoots and videography as needed.
Coordinate with SEO and tech teams to track and optimize marketing efforts.
Contribute to Shopify product management and site updates if experienced.
What You Bring to the Table
4+ years of experience in graphic design, with expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong mechanical production skills and experience preparing print files.
Proven ability to manage production timelines, vendor communications, and quality control.
Marketing experience in planning, social media, product launches, and tradeshows.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Familiarity with CRMs, Excel, and B2B marketing workflows.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
Experience marketing to B2B, international, corrections, food service and/or food producers a plus.
Nice to have: experience in photoshoots/videography, Shopify, and SEO collaboration.
