Role: ServiceNow Program Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Onsite)
10+ years of experience in program/project management, including 5+ years managing large-scale IT programs.
Proven experience in customer support systems and operations (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, custom support portals, or internal ticketing systems).
Deep familiarity with SAFe Agile, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, and Lean Portfolio Management.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs involving 5 10 Agile teams across geographies and business units.
Strong experience in stakeholder management, executive reporting, and change management.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed SaaS environment.
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or SAFe Agilist certification.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Smartsheet, and Miro.
Background in enterprise SaaS product delivery.
