Job Description
Job Summary
- Serve as SAP MM & WM Lead Senior Consultant for support projects, focusing on ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) modules.
- Lead resolution of complex incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting.
- Provide primary user support for day-to-day system issues and process-related questions in MM/WM.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and execute corrective actions.
- Suggest and implement enhancements for MM/WM processes, configuration, and reporting.
- Analyze, test, and deploy system changes following established change management procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, support protocols, and resolutions.
- Share knowledge with team members and provide user training as needed.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to resolve tickets and ensure system stability.
- Support integration activities with related SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO, etc.) to ensure process integrity.
- Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Hybrid role requiring 60% onsite presence in Columbus, Indiana.
