We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design for key initiatives in either our Elevate or FSMK platform — both focused on serving business users. Depending on where your strengths and the team's needs align, you'll focus on a specific product area, such as Financing, Payables, or Receivables. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping intuitive, high-quality user experiences that support our strategic goals.

Requirements

What you will be doing:

●    Own the user experience for a defined product area in Financing or Payments.

●    Drive the end-to-end design process — from discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and handoff

●    Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business to define problems and shape user-centered solutions

●    Influence product direction through design thinking and advocate for user needs

●    Provide strategic input in early product discussions and help frame the right problems to solve

●    Deliver clear, high-quality design assets, interaction flows, and specifications

●    Conduct user research and usability testing, and apply insights to improve product experiences

●    Contribute to the design system and uphold consistency across the platform

●    Actively participate in design critiques, planning sessions, and cross-functional rituals

●    Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously sharpen design craft

What we are looking for:

●    Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process — from discovery and research to final execution

●    Proven ability to own and lead complex product areas with autonomy

●    Solid skills in interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking

●    Hands-on experience conducting UX research and usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions

●    Ability to work effectively in an agile, cross-functional team alongside Product and Engineering

●    Proficient in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration

●    Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and responsive design

●    Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to clearly explain design rationale to stakeholders

●    Open to feedback and comfortable participating in critiques and collaborative sessions

●    Proactive and self-directed, with strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple workstreams

You will shine in this role if you are/have:

●       Experience designing for fintech, finance, or e-commerce products

●       Familiarity with B2B platforms or complex workflows

●       Understanding of regional market needs across Southeast Asia

●       Exposure to compliance, regulatory, or risk-related UX

●       Experience collaborating with remote or distributed teams
