Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions with a primary focus on Blue Prism .
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform process discovery, and create solution designs.
Integrate RPA workflows with databases, RESTful services, APIs, and internal systems.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python .
Troubleshoot issues related to Azure infrastructure and automation deployments.
Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient automation solutions.
Apply Agile methodologies throughout the software development lifecycle.
Support automation governance, documentation, and best practices.
Work with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate when required.
8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development , including 4+ years with Blue Prism .
8 years of web development experience (HTML, JavaScript, DOM, protocol).
8 years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
8 years of experience working with RESTful web services .
4 years of API development experience.
4 years working in process discovery, requirements gathering, or solution architecture.
4 years of experience with C#, Java, or Python .
3 years of Azure infrastructure experience (including troubleshooting).
3 years working in Agile development environments.
1 year of experience with Power Automate development.
Blue Prism Certification (Preferred).
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (Preferred).
Prior experience supporting Health and Human Services (HHS) or OIG (Preferred).
