This part-time opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional service and enhancing the dining experience of our guests. Please note, this position requires physical presence at the restaurant; it is not a remote job.

As a Server at Rodizio Grill, you will be central to our mission of delivering top-tier customer experiences while embracing the rich culinary traditions of Brazil. Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the entire station and communicate with both front and back-of-the-house staff to ensure a dining experience that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Process guest orders promptly and accurately.
• Observe diners throughout the meal, respond to any additional requests, and ensure guests are satisfied with both food and service.
• Deliver the bill to guests promptly and process payment accurately.
• Responsible for the stocking, removing, and resetting of dishes and silverware between courses.
• Clean and reset vacated tables efficiently to prepare for new guests.
• Complete all assigned side work to uphold restaurant’s standards.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, as these are mandatory scheduling requirements.
