**Job Title: Traveling Journeyman & Electrical Helper - Lynchburg & Charlottesville, VA $100 a day per diem per days worked** We're hiring **Electricians (up to $32/hr.)** and **Helpers ( up to $25/hr.)** for commercial projects in **Lynchburg and Charlottesville, VA** . **What You'll Do:** + Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures + Read blueprints and follow NEC codes + Work with conduit, breakers, disconnects, and various HVAC equipment + Mentor apprentices (for electricians) **Requirements:** + Electricians: 5+ years of experience + Helpers: 2+ years of commercial experience + Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools + Familiarity with three-phase systems **Perks:** + Competitive pay + Career growth opportunities + Benefits: ESOP, 401K, HSA, health/dental/vision + Paid training and apprenticeship programs **Schedule:** Monday - Friday - 5 x 10s - $100 a day **Must have:** Reliable transportation, good attitude, and willingness to travel between sites. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.
