Job Title: Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager (Clinical Systems, EHR Integrations, HIPAA 7+ Years)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Proven experience coordinating IT initiatives within healthcare environments, leading 3 5 full-cycle technology implementation projects and at least 2 system interface/data integration efforts from initiation through go-live.
• Skilled in facilitating requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops, managing multidisciplinary technical teams (developers, architects, BAs) to deliver system enhancements across 5+ healthcare projects.
• Led multiple user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles involving 10+ end users across 3+ distinct clinical or operational business units, including test planning, execution oversight, and issue resolution.
• Managed 2+ IT initiatives involving integration or enhancement of commercial healthcare systems such as EHRs, practice management solutions, patient portals, care coordination platforms, and billing systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance considerations including HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, applying them to system design and implementation decisions.
• Directed go-live readiness activities for 5+ healthcare projects, including UAT tracking, training coordination, change management, and transition/cutover planning.
• Delivered executive and clinical stakeholder presentations; translated technical system specifications into operational workflows and documentation for 3+ enterprise systems; conducted training for 15+ healthcare staff; and authored change communications and user guides reaching 50+ end users.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
